She works hard for the money ...

Wow, haven't posted since March 29th.  I am seriously bad at this.  And considering how exhausted I am, I shouldn't even be posting now.  But so many things are happening!  We are almost at the two month mark which is detail time.  I have many things to catch you up on:  Spring Break Raleigh trip, florals, shoes, ties, etc!  So I am going to try to catch up one at a time.  Work is ridiculous right now as we only have 5 weeks of school left and every single day has some kind of interruption.  Its going to be difficult to even get all my school work done not to mention the wedding things.  And then a little Egypt thing came up ... more on that later :)

Oh, I almost forgot.  Hot pink is like a standard color for summer. EXCEPT in the year I'm getting married.  I don't understand!  This year its all coral and orange and yellow and other icky colors.  So I am searching everywhere for hot pink details for the wedding, namely hot pink shoes.   More on that later as well ...

But on the good news side:

TIE BAR is awesome!!!  Jason and I had started to look for pink/blue ties for the groomsmen and were finding nothing.  And then I happened upon this fabulous website.

Its practically the same tie I wanted all along!  AND they are only $15 a piece!  Anybody looking for cute ties, or inexpensive ones for groomsmen must look here!  Hopefully they are as cute as the picture and are good quality.  We'll see.

And since I have 6 weddings this year not including my own, I am in serious need of some new dresses.  I have longed for a lovely item from Anthropologie, and I now have my first one!

I'll admit it looks a little ridiculous in the picture, but its adorable in person.  I think it will be perfect for a shower or my cousin's August wedding.  Plus, two of the buttons had popped off but someone had stuck them in the pocket, so it was on sale!

Must sleep ... getting immunized tomorrow.  :)

PS.  Post title alludes to the fact that I am working ridiculously hard these days and I loooooooove Kris Allen.  He makes me swoon.  Killer version of She works hard for the money.  Ignore the creepy picture.
